Bags on this site are only available for delivery to a NZ address.



Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal on a secure site. You can use your credit card or a PayPal account to make payment in NZ dollars.

All prices displayed in the store are in NZ dollars and are GST inclusive. In the shopping cart, prices displayed are GST exclusive until you check out and then the GST is added.



Delivery

Bags are dispatched by NZ Post.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
$5.00 for orders up to $25 in value
$6.50 for orders $25 to $35
$7.00 for orders $35 to $75
$13.00 for orders $75 to $200
$25.00 for orders $200 and up.

There is a minimum shipping cost of $5.

You should receive your order within 7 business days. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.



Returns

Sorry, we cannot accept returns because you change your mind. However, if for some reason your bags are defective, you may return them and we will either exchange them or give you a full refund (less the shipping costs).
